I run Meta Ads like it's my own money on the line.

I'm GM Malik. I personally manage Meta Ads campaigns for small businesses across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Gulf — auditing, building, and optimizing every account myself, week to week.

GM Malik Founder, Crown Ad Agency · Meta Ads Operator

I started running Meta ads out of necessity, not a marketing degree.

I built Crown Ad Agency to run Meta Ads for small businesses back home in Pakistan — and along the way, I managed 100+ campaigns across 26 different industries. Restaurants, clinics, real estate, e-commerce, coaches, salons. I learned what actually moves the needle when a business owner's own money is on the line, not a client budget someone else is spending.

Crown has its own team handling that side of things now. My international work — the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Gulf — is separate, and I keep it deliberately small: I take on a limited number of international clients at a time, specifically so every account I touch gets weekly, hands-on attention from me. Not a rotating account manager, not a junior media buyer — me.

If you want a large agency with layers of account managers and a retainer that doesn't move the needle, I'm probably not the right fit. If you want one experienced person who treats your ad account like it's his own, let's talk.

What I do

One service. Done properly.

I only do Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram. Not because I can't do more, but because splitting focus is how campaigns get mediocre. Here's the full scope.

01

Account Audit & Strategy

A full teardown of your existing account — or a clean strategy built from scratch if you're starting fresh. Objectives, audiences, funnel stages, budget structure.

02

Campaign Build & Launch

Prospecting, retargeting and conversion campaigns structured around how your customers actually buy — not a generic template.

03

Creative Direction & Copy

Ad copy, hooks and creative briefs written to stop the scroll in your specific market — US, UK, AU, Gulf audiences don't respond to the same lines.

04

Pixel, CAPI & Tracking

Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up correctly, so your data survives iOS restrictions and the algorithm isn't optimizing blind.

05

Weekly Optimization

Frequency, CPMs, CTRs and conversion rates reviewed weekly. Fatigued creatives paused, winners scaled, audiences refreshed.

06

Reporting & Forecasting

A plain-English monthly report on what's working, what isn't, and what I'd change next — no jargon dump, no vanity metrics.

How this works

From first call to first result.

Same process every time, because a repeatable process is the only way to get repeatable results.

01

Discovery call & audit

We talk about your business, your numbers, and what "working" actually looks like for you. I audit your existing account — or map out a plan if you're starting new.

02

Tracking setup

Pixel and Conversions API configured and verified. No campaign gets built on top of broken data.

03

Campaign build & launch

Funnel-stage campaigns go live — built around your actual customer journey, not a copy-paste template.

04

Creative testing

Systematic tests on hooks, formats and angles. In Meta Ads, the creative is the targeting — this is where most accounts win or lose.

05

Weekly optimization

I'm in your account every week — not once a month. Budgets, bids and audiences adjusted as the data comes in.

06

Monthly report & scale plan

A clear report on results, plus a plan for the next month — whether that's scaling budget or fixing what's not working.

Who this is for

Small businesses who take their ad spend seriously.

I work with owner-operated and small-team businesses — not enterprise brands with in-house marketing departments. If you're spending your own money on ads and want someone who treats it that way, we'll get along.

Questions

Before you reach out.

I generally recommend at least $1,000–1,500/month in ad spend, on top of my fee. Below that, Meta's algorithm often doesn't have enough data to exit the learning phase and optimize properly.

My management fee generally runs $100–$300/month, depending on your ad spend and scope — this is separate from what you spend with Meta directly. I'll give you an exact number after the audit call, once I know what your account actually needs.

No account manager relaying updates from someone else. I personally build, run and optimize your campaigns. What you lose in "team bandwidth," you gain in someone who actually knows your account without a briefing document.

Mostly async over email and a shared weekly report — this works well across US, UK, AU and Gulf time zones. For calls, I keep flexible hours specifically to overlap with international clients.

The strategy, account and copy are always mine — that part never gets handed off. Actual image or video production isn't something I do myself; if you don't already have a designer or videographer, I'll tell you exactly what to shoot or design, and can point you to someone if you need it.

I ask for a 3-month minimum. Meta Ads needs time to leave the learning phase and show real signal — judging results after two weeks helps no one.

26 and counting — e-commerce, clinics, real estate, restaurants, salons, coaches and local service businesses. I don't take on every client; only where Meta Ads can realistically move the number that matters to you.
