This policy explains what information is collected through gmmalik.com and how it's used. It applies to visitors from any country, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia and the Gulf region.
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you enter: your name, email address, business or website, country, monthly ad budget range, and any message you write. I don't collect this information any other way — there's no tracking pixel, analytics script, or cookie banner on this site beyond what's noted below.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we proceed, to scope and deliver Meta Ads services. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to my email. Web3Forms may briefly process your submission data in order to deliver it — see their own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.
Submitted inquiries are kept in my email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or maintain a record of our business relationship, and are deleted on request.
Depending on where you're located (including under UK/EU GDPR or similar regional privacy laws), you may have the right to request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, email hello@gmmalik.com.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.
