These terms govern use of gmmalik.com and the general terms under which Meta Ads consulting services are offered by GM Malik ("I," "me"), founder of Crown Ad Agency.
Services described on this site (account audits, campaign setup and management, tracking implementation, creative direction, optimization and reporting) are offered on a client-by-client basis. Specific scope, pricing, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal, invoice, or signed agreement) before work begins — this website is informational and does not itself constitute a service contract.
Meta Ads performance depends on many factors outside my control — including your offer, market, budget, competition, and changes to Meta's platform and algorithm. I do not guarantee specific results (leads, sales, ROAS, or cost-per-result figures), and any numbers discussed are estimates based on experience, not promises.
Campaign performance depends on timely access to ad accounts, brand assets, approvals, and accurate information about your business. Delays on these fronts may affect timelines and results.
Any Meta advertising budget ("ad spend") is separate from my service fee and is paid directly to Meta via your own ad account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees, payment schedule, and minimum engagement length (typically 3 months, to allow campaigns to exit Meta's learning phase) are set out in the individual agreement for each client and are not fixed by this website.
Ad copy, creative briefs, and strategy documents I produce for a client become that client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. I may reference anonymized, non-confidential results for my own marketing (e.g. aggregate stats) unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of Meta Ads campaigns or this website, including losses related to Meta platform outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
For international clients, the governing law and jurisdiction for any specific engagement will be specified in that engagement's written agreement.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to inquiries and engagements made after the update.
